Welcome to Peekskill High School.
June is a busy month with many activities/events planned.
Teachers are hosting Friday Regents Review Academies from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM and Saturday Regents Review Academies from 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM and 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon.
Students should check with their teachers for a schedule of specific review classes.
The last day of class will be Friday, June 12, 2009. Local Final Examinations will be administered on Monday, June 15th and Tuesday, June 16th. Students who participate in classes at the BOCES Tech Center must attend the Tech Program on Monday, June 15th and Tuesday, June 16th unless they are scheduled for a Regents or Local Final Examination.
New York State Regents Examinations and Regents Competency Tests will be administered Tuesday, June 16th, 2009 through Wednesday, June 24th, 2009. The New York State Education Department prohibits the use of communication devices while taking a State examination, either in the room where the test is being administered or while on a supervised break. Such devices include, but are not limited to cell phones, sidekicks, pagers, radios, MP3 players, headsets, or earplugs. A students examination will be invalidated and no score will be calculated for students that use any such device or wear headphones while in the testing room. Students are advised not to bring these devices to school on the day of their examination.
ONLY students who are scheduled to take a Final Examination / Regents Examination / Regents Competency Test or are attending a regents review class will be permitted to enter the building during the testing period.

Graduation will be held at Peekskill High School Parade Field on Sunday, June 28th, at 4:00 PM. Rehearsals will be held on Wednesday, June 24th at 10:45 AM and Thursday, June 25th, at 10:45 AM. Caps and Gowns will be distributed on June 25th.

Peekskill High School offers TWO after school Extended Day programs to support student learning. Students may attend the Elton Brand Academy, Monday - Friday, in the cafeteria for homework assistance. Students may also attend the EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM, Tuesdays & Thursdays, in the Library for tutoring. Math, Science, English, Social Studies, Spanish, and Special Education Teachers will be available to support students in the EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM.

Then click on the Subject Area you want or Click "Show All." A list of teachers and courses appear. Click under the Teacher/Course that you wish and check the homework.
