Happy New Year! January is a busy and exciting month at PHS. The PHS Guidance Department is sponsoring a College Financial Aid Workshop for parents & students on Wednesday, January 6th, at 7:00 PM in the high school cafeteria. A college financial aid officer will be the guest speaker, and will lead parents through the process of completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid Form (FAFSA Form). This is an important meeting for parents of Seniors planning to attend college in September.

Representatives from the BOCES Tech Center will meet with Sophomores on Thursday, January 14th, to present information about the Tech program. Students that are interested in attending the Tech Center next year will visit the campus in February.

Representatives from Monroe College will meet with parents of students who plan to participate in the Saturday Jump Start Program or the College Level Accounting Course on Wednesday, January 20th, at 7:00 PM in the high school auditorium.

School will be closed on Monday, January 18th, in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King. Classes will resume on Tuesday, January 19th.

Regents Examinations will be held Tuesday, January 26th - Friday, January 29th. Classes will not be in session on these days. Only students who are taking an examination or who are attending special review classes will be permitted in the building. The Examination Schedule is as follows:
