         The Peekskill City School District will hold a community budget forum on Saturday, March 20 at 8:30 a.m. The forum, held at the Peekskill Middle School, is hosted by the District’s Citizens’ Budget Advisory Committee, a group of local residents who have been analyzing the budget expenditures and anticipated revenues, and by the Superintendent of Schools. The session will begin with an overview of the budget challenges facing the District and will include small group discussions. Members of the Committee and the Board of Education will be on hand to hear suggestions and comments.  The presentation will be in English and Spanish, and child care will be available.  All residents are encouraged to attend.
The forum will take place in the Peekskill Middle School Cafeteria. Entrance to the Middle School is through both the Washington Street and Ringgold Street/Faculty Parking Lot entrances.

Welcome to Peekskill High School.

Classes resume Monday, February 22nd. The Guidance Department is scheduling students for the 2010 - 2011 school year. Parents will receive their child's course requests in the mail during the Spring.

The Guidance Department will also host a College Financial Planning Workshop for all district parents on Thursday, February 25th, at 6:30 PM in the high school auditorium. We hope that you will be able to attend.

Parents are encouraged to sign up for the Parent Portal. Once in the Parent Portal parents will have on-line access to their child's grades and attendance. Please stop by the main office in the high school to sign up. A photo ID is required.

Teachers post homework assignments on the high school home web page. To access the Homework Assignments, please look on the high school web page "Directory" and click on "Class Pages." Then click on the Subject Area you want or Click "Show All." A list of teachers and courses appear. Click under the Teacher/Course that you wish and check the homework.
